Cancellation Policy

DIY-HER Collective LLC, Jonez Performance & Repair, and Clyburn Automotive & Motorsports All payments for workshops are non-refundable. Participants may reschedule one time at no additional cost, provided that the request is made at least 30 days before the original class date. If a participant requests to reschedule within 30 days or less of the class date, rescheduling is not permitted, and the full payment will be forfeited. Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that participation in the HER Ride 101 Workshop and related automotive activities involves working around vehicles, tools, and mechanical equipment that can present potential risks of injury, including but not limited to cuts, burns, muscle strain, or exposure to fumes and debris. I voluntarily choose to participate (or allow my minor child to participate) and assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with these activities. Release of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless DIY-HER Collective LLC, Jonez Performance & Repair, and Clyburn Automotive & Motorsports, along with their owners, instructors, staff, affiliates, and partners, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or after participation in the program. This release applies to injuries, property damage, or losses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Medical Treatment & Emergency I authorize the staff and instructors to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 📸 Photo & Video Consent and Release Form DIY-HER Collective LLC | Jonez Performance & Repair | Clyburn Automotive & Motorsports Consent for Media Use I hereby grant permission to DIY-HER Collective LLC, Jonez Performance & Repair, and Clyburn Automotive & Motorsports to photograph, film, and/or record me (or my minor child) during class activities, and to use these images, videos, or recordings for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. I understand that these materials may appear on websites, social media, printed materials, or future advertisements, and that no compensation will be provided for this use. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and release the above organizations and their affiliates from all claims arising from the use of such
